so the author comes back with a forth book. a deeper search of feelings. a quest. soul searching as we may say. there are some parts who are deeper then the work before but we also have the act of telling every feeling that we have. joyful, painful, playful. we are what we are. we can be whoever we want to be especially during these days. the thing is that we still have feelings and that we cannot cope with them as we would really like. echoes of the soul is a combination of raw emotions and feelings that we just experience during the day and maybe overthink at night. we are stronger then we think. and just like mental health issues we can do something about it. we can listen, we can talk about it, we can do something about it, we can help those who think they can’t be helped. for every problem, there is a solution. we can all find a solution and help anyone who is in need of a good conversation. it’s what we want, it’s what we do. and by the way, everybody loves you. love yourself first and think about that soul food! be you, be happy and love life at the fullest.
